Return window

Returns are accepted only within 15 days of receiving your order.

Product condition

NO returns or refunds are accepted if the product's security seal has been broken, opened, or altered. All of our products ship completely sealed for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-eligible products

Returns and refunds are not accepted in the following cases:

• Opened products or products with a broken seal
• Used or tampered products
• Sale or clearance products (if applicable)
